I have booked this taxi to take me to the train station in Coventry in the morning as I didn’t want to use uber. I wanted to support a local business. On the day of my travel I find out that the taxi is not local and it’s Uber, and it was 10 min late as it could not find me. Then the people who I booked it with put the wrong address for the Coventry train station. The uber driver refused to take me there until this was corrected by the bookers. All resulted in me almost missing my train. A trip that was meant to take 15 min took 40min instead! Very disappointed as I wanted to support a local business instead of a big corporation.
