   What a fantastic experience. My flight from Glasgow was on time and when I switched on my phone, I already had a text from the company asking me to text back when I was ready to go. I walked outside and the car was there within minutes. The exact same on my return to Birmingham airport. Our driver Faz was such character, and we had a great laugh so the journey flew by. I am in no doubt that if I need an airport pickup in the future this is the company I will use.

   I have used Connect Cars several times in the past few years and can’t recommend them enough. Both Lisa and Faz are friendly yet professional and safe drivers. The cars are clean and spacious and help is given with heavy suitcases when needed! They arrived on time and checked prior to pick up for confirmation of collection times and locations. I will continue to use them when I need a ride to airports or stations in the future.

   Absolutely a great experience booking with Connect Cars. My husband and I flew into Birmingham all the way from Canada to visit my mother-in-law for Christmas. We were worried about arriving so late as we didn't want her driving to pick us up, so we turned to Connect Cars to book transport direct to Rugby. The experience was totally seamless - we filled out the form and Lisa contacted us speedily to confirm our booking. We were in constant communication with our driver and we found each other very quickly in the pick-up lot. The car was clean and modern and we had a great chat with our driver! We were so grateful that even after a late-night arrival we could rely on this company to get us where we needed to go. They take both cash and card, if you let them know when booking you'd like to pay by card, so they're also very flexible if you have arrived from another country without any notes on you.    Couldn't recommend them enough! Great no hassle booking form and process, great prices, On time friendly drivers what more could you want. Our flight home was delayed by over an hour, when we got to Birmingham airport the car was there waiting for us, got back around 1AM no extra charge for after midnight. Took all hassle and worry away so we could enjoy our holiday. Thank you so much, will definitely be using from now on in the future for sure.
