   I have worked with Chris and his team since they started trading. Very helpful and always professional. Working in the exhibition & event sector, I have a lot of last minute requests and the team never fail to go the extra mile in getting me a solution, often having to unload rolls of carpet and vinyl on their own. With some of the high profile jobs that we service, there are a lot of hoops to jump through in order to gain access to site but I have never heard any complaints. My customers will regularly comment how polite and helpful the drivers are, and will even sometimes request that I send Chris or one of his team, as they understand the site and process so well. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I receive and would highly recommend, not only to companies within my sector but to anyone who requires a transport solution.

   I needed a pacel collecting from near Coventry and delivering to Birmingham. After trying a number of couriers and failing to organise this, I looked for a local company and found TLC. I spoke with Chris and my problem just went away. the parcel was collected, I was sent a picture to confirm. It was delivered the same day, with a picture of a signed acceptance. The price was very good and I wasn't asked to pay in advance. Much more important was the outstanding quality of service. I can highly recomment this company, what an excellent example of what customer service should be.
