   Excellent service from Mark and the team at Defenda, I called at 9am in the morning to get some items collected in Glasgow and delivered to an address in London....they organised it super quick, the items were delivered the same day and I was kept informed throughout the delivery journey. Other carriers either couldn't be bothered or were materially more expensive, I would highly recommend Mark and the Defenda business if you need things moved around the UK

Dealt with Mark who was helpful, friendly and superb with his communication (quick and clear), straight forward and uncomplicated. We will definitely use these guys in future and can thoroughly recommend. Bonus: Driver who came was smiley and friendly also, despite having had to face the M6 around Birmingham first thing in the morning! These guys are awesome :)

   Awesome Experience - We are into Herbal business and got a last minute order from one of our regular customer for a next day delivery. This was 4PM in the evening and our regular post office was closed du eto royal mail strikes etc. I spoke to Mark and he was courteous and prompt, sorted out everything in a span of 30 minutes. Gave really geuine advice and support. The parcel was sucessfully delivered next day right on time. Great Local business with strong ethics & customer services. I am definitely coming again.
