We have used Exact for many years now and they always provide a good service. We had an issue the other week with a partner delivery depot, but the team at Exact got straight onto the problem and gave us a solution straight away.
Good and fast loading, great communication with a man driving a forklift. CMR was mine, there's a toilet inside.
I have rarely seen such a well organized logistics company. All employees, from the forklift driver to the boss are very friendly. The service offered cannot be found again so quickly.
VERY UNRELIABLE! Delivery messed up on TWO different occasions; 1) They tried to deliver on the wrong date to that which it was booked for. 2) They were unable to deliver before 6pm on the date booked due to some issues and because I had to go to work, I rearranged for 2 days later with the assurance it would be in the afternoon as I will have done 2 night shifts. However, on the day of delivery, I receive a call at 8.30am to say the van would be with me in 15 minutes - I'd had TWO hours sleep! When the company were called, I was told there were notes on the system to say p.m. delivery but no explanation as to why this note was ignored. I asked for a manager to call me back but no one bothered! Appalling customer service as well.
A company that does not respect the lorry drivers who deliver to them. . I asked to go to the toilet and they said I can go to McDonalds wich is on the other side of the highway. I had to book off and ask them if I can park in their yard after they unload me and they said yes; no problem. After they keep me there for 3 hours . They kick me out and say that their yard is not a truck stop. At least tell me you don't let me stay in the yard and I return tomorrow and deliver your goods. Not kick me out like a dog. No respect really. A very bad experience and I'm ashamed that in this country things like this happen. The best of luck for everybody who goes there. I hope you will have better experience than me.
