Very bad behaviour nd rude person by night shift front desk guy , he has no sense to talk with the non maritime drivers, very bad experience, should be replaced
Bogdan on front desk the rudest person in the building. My experience of BIFT has always been incredibly positive and all the staff are polite helpful and very friendly . Bogdan clearly has an issue with female drivers and drivers who don’t work for Maritime. I have spoken to other drivers including Maritime drivers who have all without exception said what a rude individual he is and that they have complained about his appalling attitude. This person needs retraining and keeping away from the front desk.
Poorly sign posted, I didn’t have a clue what to do or where to go on my first time there, Then I met the rudest person working for Maritime Transport that I have had the misfortune of meeting so far in my driving career. Hate the place, my least favourite of all the sites I’ve been to.
For almost 20 years that I have been a driver, loading and unloading in many different places, I have never seen a more grumpy and rude person, like the lady who attended me at this place this morning. How is it possible for companies to have staff member like this to work in customer service
Weird place, lots of noise, try to avoid parking overnight
Booking in guy very helpful under enormous pressure from other operators
Absolute mayhem, VBS system is broken, if it ever worked, poor
Place is on a go slow after 10pm. Also they go on break between 1am and 2am so don't be in a rush to get there around this time as they sure won't be in a rush to serve you. Other than that, not a bad place to go into. Been to worse places for sure.
