   Took a job, arrived at pick up and was told job was not available. Was told to wait for a call back whilst they look into it. Waited for over an hour and no call back. Left and then after another hour was told there was a job and to go back to the job location which is 30 miles from me. Said it would take 1 and a half hour as I don’t have the whole day to spend on one job. They said they would call me back but never did. Now refusing to pay my cancellation fees, I was not given sufficient notice. Poor communication was told to email but when I emailed I was told to call. Just another company passing blame. Spoke to Rick on the phone, extremely rude, surprised to see so many 5 stars which I can only assume are written by the employees. DONT ACCEPT A JOB WITH THEM, they do not know what they are doing and expect drivers to be available the whole day for them.

They are detailed, reliable, allways just in time with information and help. We do together international transport successfully and I hope it will continue even on a better way in future!!!
