    Id prefer to take a hammer to my hands than deal with UPS again. They lied to me about the day of the delivery, when called all they said was we don't have your package. 2 days later it was delivered....... to the wrong shop and then told me I had it wrong, whilst a UPS man was standing next to me telling them the place the app told me was wrong,however she stuck with it was me. I then had to travel 25 minutes to the store it was actually at. If i woke up in one of those saw situations and the only guy next to me was the Head UPS guy id personally route for the clown on the unicycle I will make it my mission to make sure every single person knows just how bad UPS is with every ounce of will that I possess.     Avoid UPS at all cost. Call the shipper as you as you find out that they're using UPS or when you get the label notification and request that they use a different freight company or just cancel your order.     Sending a email saying that the driver tried to deliver my parcel And in fact had not even been to my house as two of us was in all day 1 was in garage working with doors open and I was in office upstairs looking out window waiting plus i double checked the camera Then when I called up was on tve phone for 1hr 20mins sorting it out 50mins before someone spoke to me the before o hot passed to another person with another wait All I got was 'we will try to deliver it again'. Again you didnt even try the first time

    UPS Coventry, simply, outdated, full of lies, arrogant, disrespectful and wasting time, energy and money! Be AWARE: they do not recognise online booking and your ones could be cancelled without any attempts to collect your parcels. You will receive a call from whoever there, if you raise the issue, to tell you "sorry, would you like to rebook it for tomorrow?" without telling you what went wrong with the online booking. If you have a good experience with them else where, you are lucky, but dealing with UPS is a HELL.

    Appalling service... Booked a collection, drove 30 miles from home to office to make sure it got collected. waited all day for the van to drive past without even attempting collection. when i called complaints they said as it was through ebay they cant help and i would need to cancel and rebook. 60 miles of driving for nothing!... think ill go DHL next time
