    Not even worth the one star. Staff are incredibly rude. They do not follow pictures of simple designs they do what’s quickest. When I pointed out that you could see my natural nail underneath I was told very abruptly it’s my fault I didn’t notice before. I had already asked that my French tip was bigger for this reason. I can’t understand why the clear polish was used in the first place. I just wanted a simple French tip. I was rudely told to put my hands back when I carefully adjusted my top up as it was falling down. Nails were not wet or compromised, the tech was taking photo of my nail art at the time. He was very angry and not kind. He made me feel very uncomfortable and told me my nails would look stupid if he changed them now and that wasted his time. The experience was awful and I was charged 37 quid with tears in my eyes. Go to rugby nails girls! So much better and friendlier! I wasn’t asking him to change them for free I would have paid but he didn’t even want to undo my tacky looking nails. Isn’t the first time I’ve known this nail bar to unfriendly

    Extremely rude, cut my hand, once with normal file, and went over the cut again with electric file and made it bleed even more. pulls your hands about and can not do nails properly at all, 70 pound for mine and my mums nails! do not come here i left with the worst nails ive ever seen, lumpy acrylic and i asked for french and they did half clear acrylic and half white. DO NOT COME HERE

    Very disappointing as never opens on time. Spent 25 minutes waiting for shop to open. Making an appointment is no good either as you still have to wait. Was so pleased when this opened in Lutterworth but the service has gone down hill. The skill of the technicians are of variable degrees so you never quite know how your nails will turn out

    Extremely unprofessional and rude. Wasn’t even acknowledged when walking in and then after waiting for an hour, they told me they didn’t have time. Good at nails but don’t expect to be made to feel welcome at all. Says something when one of the owners is giving themselves 5* on here to balance out the reviews!

    Don't expect service with a smile, or really for your existence to be acknowledged. I only had shellac removed and yes they did the job, but in silence, just tapping my hand if they wanted it to move. Made for an awkward 15 minutes. Some customer service skills needed!

    What a nice team. Beautiful young lady was really gentle with my fingers as My small finger was sore she took great care, Painting my nails was neat and tidy! The guys were so welcoming and nice. Great range of colors. I will defiantly make this my usual nail place. Thank you to all the team. :) huge 5 ⭐️
