Liam was absolutely fantastic. His delivery was perfect and he was so helpful to make sure everything was done to the highest standard. Edited to update: the company has since been in contact to inform me that this is being addressed. While this one driver was unprofessional, the company is willing to act to address problems; I have updated this review accordingly. Original review: Regrettably this company's drivers appear unfamiliar with the use of roads; this driver in particular deciding that stopping in the middle of a narrow street - blocking traffic both ways to a housing estate and a supermarket for several minutes - was a good way to make their delivery. If this is the standard to which their drivers are trained and they choose to represent their business, I would certainly not find myself in a position to recommend them.

Obviously they don't invest in customer service training here. We were given false promises about a redlivery. The spokesperson was really rude, interrupting, making assumptions without listening and despite having confirmed with our supplier the mistake was at Premier side, they just reverted back to laying blame on the customer. Terrible. Almost cancelled my order to avoid dealing with them anymore, but would have lost money so gritted my teeth. If you value your customers, do not use this shocking service and its rude staff.
Don't know much about the company but I know there drivers are absolute *×^÷:$€. Have no clue of the size of the vehicle there driving Dangerous inconsiderate incompetent morons !!!
I had the pleasure of working for Premier, last week and I have to say that they run a fantastic service. The vehicles are quality and well maintained, as is the depot. Both the office staff and drivers are friendly, organised and very helpful. I had a two hour commute to do my week, otherwise this would be the ideal company to settle down with. I will always speak very highly of Premier Logistics and I look forward to my next visit. Thanks, Mark
DO NOT USE this company. I was parked on an industrial estate and one of their drivers reversed into my car causing considerable damage and just drove off after pretending to leave a note on my windscreen. Luckily someone saw him do it and identified the company as premier logistics. Untrustworthy criminals!
