Used their taxis for a trip from Cardiff to London and back for surgery and a hospital stay. They were easy to contact and arrange things with regards to bookings and changes to times etc. Always arrived early and waited until we were ready. The car was spotless and comfortable and the driver went above and beyond to ensure the journey post-surgery was as comfortable as possible for me. Great, reasonable prices.
Excellent service from start to finish. I hired a taxi from cardiff to Heathrow, the booking process was easy and informative. We were collected on time with a beautiful large Mercedes which was spacious and modern. The driver was professional and was very careful in his driving. He wore a mask through the drive, provided water, antibacterial wipes for the children. I would 100% use this service again.
