   Honestly wish I could give veezu 0 stars. I would not recommend anyone with a pet to use veezu. I booked a taxi from the vet with my cat tonight using the app. The app gave me the details for my trip and so I tracked the driver on the map. However, I quickly saw him going the opposite way. After waiting 15 minutes with the driver clearly on another job, I received a phone call. The customer service was atrocious. I was told that this whole issue was my fault as I had not selected pet friendly as a tag (there are no tags in the app) even though I put it in the comments when I booked. The person who called me asked me to wait an undisclosed amount of time for a new pet friendly driver to be available with no estimate for even roughly how long this would take or cancel my trip. Obviously, just waiting until they felt like picking me and my nervous pet up was not an option so I had to cancel and walk home. Awful condescending customer service - avoid at all costs.

   Had to pay double the rate because it was "game night" for rugby. I went from the northern of Cardiff to the opposite side of the game and still had to pay double the rate. I was more upset that it was the only viable option at the time. That said the driver's are good and the cars are clean. Hope to find them on a different platform

   Absolutely terrible customer service skills. Drivers who were taking my daughter who has a disability to education have been extremely rude and abrupt. They refuse to provide a receipt, which is highly suspicious, and have declined to respond to the formal complaint regarding the above. I would not recommend

   Hotel booked me a taxi to the airport for this morning. I was told the taxi would be £36.00, however when we arrived at the airport I was told the fee was £42.50. I asked to pay with card and the driver said I could, but I’d have to give my card details to someone over the phone. As well as that, the driver pulled up at a roundabout near the airport and said there were road works going on and he couldn’t drop us to the drop off point, so we were told we had to walk to the entrance ourselves, with our bags, I have a disc problem with my back at the moment so not ideal. We watched other cars driving up the road and dropping people off, there were no signs of any road works, so the driver had lied to me to suit himself. Avoid this company.

   Hired a Dragon Taxi by phone the receptionist was polite and helpful. She took my details swiftly. She then sent me details of my driver and his car plus the details of my journey and time. The Taxi driver arrived on time at 10.10am and the Driver was very courteous and drove well. I would recommend this Taxi to my friends and family. Thank you Dragon Taxis. Wonderful service.

   Fantastic service. They were willing to come out to Talbot green to pick us up which capital had refused to do! Driver arrived early and was happy to wait whilst we got ready to leave a family party and the fare was very reasonable considering the distance back to Cardiff I would highly recommend them from booking to drop off an efficient and polite service.

   Absolutely useless booked 24 hours in advance and made to wait over 30 minutes in the cold with no explanation. Rang three times with the operator saying we are now a priority. Disgusting behaviour. Never again. The driver argued with us about the drop that we had been charged for already. Wouldn’t take our word for the prepaid appointment. Never have I been so let down by a company. None of the reasons for punctuality are stated when you book. Additionally I believe that they are breaching trading standards as they charge more money than they state on their payment page. £3.00 is charged above the price stated on the website without an explanation or chance to decline. We were made to wait 40 minutes longer than my booking explicitly stated despite paying upfront. Be warned booking in advance means absolutely nothing. Two couples got picked up from another company prior to us having rang within the hour. A note, this is not a review of the person who picked us up eventually. He was well mannered and a good driver.. I really want answers as to why dragon taxis think it’s acceptable to make people wait vulnerably outside whilst competitors are able to respond within 15 minutes despite overcharging their agreed price on their own website. Trading standards need to investigate this company and a replica of this message is being forwarded to them as a result of the horrendous services provided. Operators are in no way trained in their customer services to deal with such circumstances and whoever is in charge of the call centre and management of the application booking system needs sacking. Take a long good look at yourselves, you have one job and you utterly failed to deliver on that one simplistic process. You have no right to overcharge your customers through Apple Pay despite saying it’s going to cost £3.00 chowder than advertised on your payment page. Trust me you’d have had cursing in this comment if I didn’t know it would be blocked from others view as a result. Never again will I trust in dragon f’ing taxis.

   We arrived at Sophia Gardens by coach today expecting to see cabs available. As there weren't any, we contacted Dragon. Very efficient service with response acknowledging booking , followed by information about taxi. The taxi arrived well within the 7 minutes quoted . Our driver was very friendly. A great service. Thank You.

   Visiting Cardiff with friends. Phoned up from cafe we were in and taxi was with us within 5 minutes. Very, very impressed. The driver was so very helpful and courteous with a lovely smile on his face. He got us to Cardiff Train Station and we were all very comfortable with his driving. Excellent service all round.
