   Driver was not happy at being asked to follow my directions but rather than his own (longer) route and then told me the payment hadn't gone through and only left when I had it open and showing on my banking app. It may have been a genuine mistake on his part but didn't leave me feeling reassured.

   Terrible situation with your driver as he didn’t have a card reader. We had£6.60 in cash in our pockets which he wouldn’t accept. The charge for the journey he asked for was £7.00. He’s going to call back later to get the money. This is the worst’s situation I’ve experienced with your business in all the years I’ve dealt with you. I’m sorry but I’m not going to be booking a vehicle with you after this situation. Regards Kevin Lang.

   Booked a taxi from penarth to catdiff ... also had my very well-behaved spaniel with me.... driver Mandy picked me up spot on time and delivered me safely and on tome for my appointment. Lovely friendly lady .. I then booked my return trip and had another great journey with driver Andy, who helped me out of the people carrier... Great experience, would highly recommend. Thank you.

   Took a small taxi ride that arrived on time and took us home. Unfortunately my wife lost a penchant in the cab. A quick phone call to the office and the driver arrived back at my house with the lost penchant. Not only did we receive an efficient taxi service, we had a lost item returned to us promptly.    Have always had good service with Cab 64, both on the phone and the drivers...but had a taxi on a Monday almosttwo weeks ago, Turned up on time but the conversation with the driver made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I couldn't wait to get out of the car and so unfortunately won't be using them again.

   Booked weeks in advance for a wedding, 35 mins late, guests made wedding after the bride, not first time late, come on guys people are try to support local, but ur becoming more and more unreliable! Totally stroppy driver put phone down on me, coz he knew I was piddled off .... only so long before you phones will stop ringing.......
