   Absolutely shocking service lately from this company. They used to be pretty reliable but the last week alone I’ve received exceptionally poor service from them. I’ve pre-ordered taxis with as much as 3 hours notice, only for the taxi not to show up at the requested time and then told that they’re waiting on a driver to become available. This has meant I’ve been waiting more thank 20-25 mins pass the requested pick up time. A few occasions I’ve had to cancel and go with another company. Then just recently I had a driver cancel a ride because I was a few mins late. The whole process is laughable. I’ve been kept waiting late at night after my work day has finished on numerous occasions and been told I just have to wait to then be told a driver will only wait 5 mins after the requested pick up time. Doesn’t care to look after their regular customer at all.

   Absolutely useless. Booked taxi for 12.30 but he arrived and texted me a 12.25 and then left by 12.31 just as I was coming out of the door the get in his car. Missed train to London and all onward connections. Avoid using this company. They are incompetent.

   Just horrendous service. Asked a driver who was dropping off if he could take another fare; he said no, fair enough if he was on way to another job but he proceeded to sit in his cab for at least the next 45 mins while we were waiting for a bus which failed to turn up. We asked if her could call another cab from ABC, he told us to call ourselves so in the end we called dragon who were miles more helpful. Clearly they don’t really care if they run themselves out of business in a very competitive market.
