    we generally keep our office clean but we had an extraordinary number of people turning up at our offices after a bank holiday night out this weekend. It appears there were delays with other taxi companies in the area. - lmaoo so cabs 64 (the only other company in the area) is the reason your office and cars were dirty ? looool

    Excellent service. We used this company last night to be dropped off and picked up. We had come to Cardiff to see Ed Sheeran at Principality Stadium. We booked the taxi from Penarth and it arrived timely. Our driver who's name is Paul was very polite and professional. We arranged to be picked up after the show even though the show finished a little earlier than expected. We called the taxi company and they sent the driver to pick us up. We got a little lost to the arranged pickup point, but our driver still waitted for us, of which we were very grateful for. This not only shows professionalism but also concern for their customers as we had travel in from out of town and did not know the area. This company and its employees show care and consideration for their customers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    I would not even give this company one star! I don’t know how this company is running. The women I spoke to in the phone was so rude and the taxi driver just left us standing for 2 hours waiting for him to turn up and then just drive of and not answer my calls as they knew my number! We then called of a different number and she answers and says Cardiff was aggressive and was not very nice at all! DO NOT BE A TAXI DRIVER IF YOU WONT EVEN PICK SOMEONE UP!!!! Rude and pathetic taxi company!!!

    The taxi driver did not turn up :-( It was a booking made a few days before the trip and the operator suggested 4:45am for a train departing from Cardiff central at 5:12am. I was waiting until 4:55am and the driver did not turn up. I did not receive any phone calls (they had my mobile no.) regarding any problems may have happened...
