Extremely disappointing experience. After 10pm, prices suddenly became completely extortionate for an incredibly short distance just because the driver had came from Newport to Cwmbran. What should have been a quick, affordable trip felt like being taken advantage of simply because it was late. To make matters worse, one driver made us pay on the app and again in the taxi, which is completely unacceptable. When we asked for a receipt — which we were told should be provided upon request — the driver outright refused and said no. This only added to the feeling of dishonesty and lack of professionalism. There was no transparency about pricing, no explanation, and no effort to resolve any of these issues. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company, especially at night, unless you want to risk being overcharged with no proof of payment.

Booked taxi for 6.45pm to ensure I got to my destination in good time, waited until 7pm then phoned only to be told it was going to be another 25mins?! If they had contacted me to tell me of the delay I would have tried to get another taxi to get me to my venue in time.....absolutely disgusted with service and the apathetic way I was told with a pathetically voiced...'sorry!... it seams they are not bothered about there customers..

last few days of using veezu have been a terrible experience, have made me late for work on multiple of accounts, accepting jobs while doing a job shouldn't be allowed your misleading your customers, customer service when ringing them up is always just an awful experience they just seem like they genuinely don't care, but i'll give a shout out to one taxi driver Alexander who doesn't mess about and gets on with the job and is absolute class bloke, very friendly and the best to talk to.

Booked a taxi had it confirmed with a red mg taxi to collect me. I am disabled . Taxi driver phoned me to say he wanted me to walk to another pick up.point. I explained I had mobility issues and could not walk. I said I was where I asked to be picked up from originally And he told me he couldn't be bothered to collect me and cancelled Im.not impressed at all

My son had a taxi from Pontypool upto Varteg just before xmas unfortunately he lost his bankcard an explained to the driver that he would take the money owed down to the office first thing in the morning, the driver took his mobile phone obviously to make sure he did make the payment. We went to the taxi office in the morning to make payment explained to the ladies they said no driver had handed a phone in they couldn't even tell us who the driver was as he didn't tell them about the fare over the radio. I am really annoyed that this had happened and really thought the company could have looked into this much more never would use again as what happened is totally wrong

Booked my taxi an evening before to make sure I'll get my son to school on time next morning as a one off. Taxi was 40 mins late! Driver polite but I'm still not happy. Usually service is OK with maybe 15 mins wait but today's wait was outrageous.

Love the new automated system when you call. I never had any issues with getting through before it went automated as the calls were always answered promptly. The taxis always arrive pretty much when they say and you get a automated call to say your taxi is outside. I don't use any other taxi company in the area as the service I get with Dragon is always perfect.
