I was in Morrison's and saw a taxi driver parked in disabled. Loads of other places he could have parked. I approached and asked him why he was parked there. He casually told me taxi drivers could park anywhere they liked!!!! He was obstructive and took no responsibility for his actions. Needless to say I wont be using this company.

Driver couldn't find our address and we had to show him the route to our destination. Didn't even know which way to go at the end of our street. I wouldn't recommend this company. The gentleman on the phones sounded like you have woken him up not helpful.

Disgusting. They will get you there but you'll be late,they'll be rude, unhelpful and drivers do not know any local landmarks. Never using again.

Woeful to say the least. If you want the worse service then you are at the right place. Pre-booked a taxi from Cardiff airport, sounds easy. 25 minutes later, the receptionist tells me 'he is outside and be there shortly'. Freezing outside. Then tells us she cannot get hold of the driver. Long short was we, then went back to Airport, ordered the inn house one, got delayed from this fiasco 1 hour. Then whilst waiting for 2nd cab, b ine rings and tells me he will be there in 5 minutes. Flying pig.....

Absolutely dreadful service driver pulls up and leaves straight away second time this has happened, when we phoned the taxi operator the blame was on us(for not jumping infront of a moving veichle) I would recommend an Arab camel coming straight from Saudi rather than this dreadful taxi company, b-line hope you read this you suck monkey balls ✌️️
