We booked a 8 seater minibus for a family of five with lots of luggage to travel from Birmingham to Oxford on Nov 14, 2024. The driver arrived was in constant communication with us up until he arrived right on time. He was courteous and friendly and loaded all our luggage nicely into the vehicle. We reached Oxford at the estimated time. He helped unload the luggage. It was a smooth journey and good experience. I would highly recommend the services of this company. The charges were very reasonable and they were always prompt in responding to any queries.

First time of booking airport taxis for long distance travel. What a fantastic experience. Both journeys were brilliant. Drivers were on time, very polite, and water available in the cars which was a great touch. We arrived back really early at Heathrow but driver was already aware and arrived early to avoid us waiting. Great communication when booking and from the drivers on the day. All round a wonderful experience and highly recommend. Took the strain out of travelling

Very effective communication from the company They had to change drivers at short notice so our taxi arrived early, but we were given enough warning. The driver was very helpful and was fine with us having the windows open as it was too hot otherwise, and we arrived at our destination at the expected time.
