Horrible! I had to order a taxi last minute after having lunch with my family- 3 very elderly people who are unable to walk very far/ fast with medical issues, plus my mother. Even though it was a very short trip, just from the peir up to litterally up the road, the customer service was horrible! The man driving immediately gave me nasty looks upon pulling up, as I was trying to help my elderly family members get to the taxi. The whole time they were trying to get in the car, he gave dirty looks all around. He didn't offer any assistance what so ever. When everyone was finally in, my mother, who is hard of hearing, got out of the car temporarily so she could speak to the driver, and give him the address. Even though it was litterally down the street, he had no idea where he was going, and didnt seem to have any kind of GPS to navigate with. Cash only too, so no card reader. After my mum finished telling him where to go, he began to drive off, while my mother was trying to get back in her seat, litterally one leg on the ground and one leg in the car, the sliding door still wide open. When everyone yelled at him he stopped, but then i saw him mutter and curse at my mother under his breath. We will never use this taxi service again!
