   Estimated journey cost was £12.95, after the journey I got an email saying the cost had almost doubled to £23.40. App was easy enough to use and has a good feature to share the journey with someone so they can track location etc. Driver was on time, pleasant and didn’t take any weird routes. Experience was great, but the surprise cost ruins it.

   Booked a 6 seater on Thursaday for Saturday 7.10pm it didn't arrive we had to be at the venue for 7.30p. Rubbish ended up with 2 taxis which I specifically said no to as we all wanted to go together for a Christmas party.

   On wed 10 dec I ordered and booked a taxi 45 mins before I needed it to get to work,booked early as I knew it would be a busy time.Taxi arrived 20 mins late and lady on phone told me it was because they were busy.I was late for work and potentially I could have missed a train or bus... didn't really care

   Left a bag in the car. Been trying to get in touch with the driver ever since and every single time they just say "phone back in an hour or two, drivers not on duty". They're not willing to contact the driver on my behalf and they are VERY difficult to talk to or understand. Update - Still not got the bag back. Also submitted the feedback form they commented on before this, and heard nothing back from that avenue either.

   I needed six taxi rides last week. All arrived on time, and I was delighted to find that each driver engaged me in friendly conversation. I especially liked the lady driver who took me home from the Hamadryad School, she was lovely. Thank you, Veezu!

   Prebooked a taxi yesterday afternoon for today and they still couldn't provide a driver. Utterly useless, won't try using again as it's the 2nd time they've failed.

   Phoned up to book a taxi for my disabled mum who's in a wheelchair to book an appointment for the taxi with a wheelchair ramp to be told you cannot pre book it? Told to phone on the day to see if they had a free taxi!! Which is ridiculous when your mum has an appointment. Told him that's no good because if they don't have a taxi that day my mum cannot make her appointment. Absolutely pathetic to have to pre book when it says on their website to phone in advance, I really have not heard anything so pathetic in all my life! Dragon taxis are absolutely useless!!

   Driver was prompt and pleasant. However, I was charged £7.20 for a 4 min (0.8 mile) journey. A clear rip off for the distance travelled. Imagine the cost of a trip into Cardiff, for example, based on this tariff! The overcharging was further evidenced when I called a different taxi firm for my return journey, which was a far more appropriate price of £3.70. Why, then, was I charged almost double for the same journey, Dragon? I await your reply.

   Booked 2 x 6 seater cabs for 12 last night and 2 x4 seaters turned up. It was only a short a journey and so the driver was asked to come back for the last 4. He didn’t. Needless to say the pick up at the end of the evening was also chaos. Part of the problem was the inability of the taxis to understand our problems through their limited English. I will never use this company again.

   I would like to bring to your attention the poor service that is being provided by Dragon taxis Barry. On several occasions the company has not shown up saying they can’t find the address,have been late and on the last occasion have told me that it would take a driver 25 mins to travel 3 miles after the first driver did not show. I require a taxi to travel less than a mile to the Sully surgery therefore I need a reliable service as the surgery uses an appointment based system. I have now missed several appointments due to the poor service they have provided which quite frankly is not good enough. Dave
