    I used Dai's cabs yesterday to take me to a hospital appointment and the driver was absolutely lovely. I needed to go back to the hospital today for a check up after having my operation, and the person I spoke to on the phone when booking was abrupt, rude and downright cruel. I asked if I could get the same driver as yesterday, I was told that was not possible, and then because I was "taking too long" to decide about a different driver, the phone got disconnected. When I called back, he said they were suddenly "fully booked". Not very nice trying to get to the hospital after having an operation and being spoken to like crap by the phone operator and made to look elsewhere. You just lost a customer for life.

    You need to teach your drivers not to tailgate. Whoever was driving along from Talbot green right down to the M4 was tailgating this morning 9ish. I cannot go any faster if there's a car in front of me. Your drivers are meant to be professional. I have used your taxis before on a night out and recommended to other people. NEVER AGAIN!

    Just got home from Edwards coach park to Merthyr Tydfil, Robert picked us up , on time and very helpful and excellent driver , he was very knowledgeable and his car was very clean and comfortable, thank you so much Robert , will see you again , and would recommend this service

    I haven't lived in area long and due to health have just given up driving I have used this firm a handful of times and they have always been on time and very polite until today . I booked a cab from outside the card shop in talbot green and I sat on benches outside I waited 20 mins then went to phone back to say I was going to stand in shop and wait . When I rang man on phoned said that the driver had been and waited 10 mins for me he said driver had phoned me and I did have missed call but there is no way the driver sat outside for 10 mins as I was sitting on bench outside and if there r any cameras in area this can b proved he ranted at me and was quite nasty called me a liar so I ended up having to walk home as I had to take medication for my diabetes. I was very very upset . He also told me that I was red flagged for some reason I don't know what that means but it is only this taxi firm I've used and I've had no issues till today

    My daughter and I were staying in the Premier Inn in Llantrisant. We were attending a family birthday at La Luna. Driver turned up bang on time to take us to the restaurant and was there to pick us up within five minutes of 'phoning to pick us up afterwards. Also booked a cab to take us to Cardiff on Sunday morning. It was important as we were getting a coach to London. Again driver really punctual, helpful and friendly. Five stars for the service provided ovet two days. Thank you

    Terrible customer service here, taxi was late so went back in to wait for 2 mins. taxi then turned and wouldn't even wait for me to leave my residence before pulling off and then ringing me telling me I was late to then argue and threaten me over the phone. Very poor servie

    Worst taxi service I've ever come across. Taxi came late and then drove off before I had the chance to get into the taxi. Then when we rang to explain we were about to jump in, the taxi driver started threatening to smash our heads in. DONT book from here unless you want to feel threatened for asking simply why he'd left.

    complete insult tonight. booked a taxis from llanharan to llanharry tonight around 7.45 pm after a family funeral. Lady driver refuse to take me and my partner home wich is around 2 miles after what she assumed was my partner being drunk which was infact unset after the funeral. Left us stranded
