They left us stranded refused to come and fetch after taking us had to go into a shop and ask them for a taxi number, they phoned for one , otherwise we don’t know how we would have got home , never use them again or recommend them
Used twice now, excellent service nice drivers. Cant comment if good or bad price as havent used other services but accepable rate. Happy
Booked 3 taxis in all for mid evening: two 4 seaters and a later taxi 6 seater. All taxis turned up on time and we were very pleased with service.
I've been sat at the taxi rank for 2 hours not only that but when I ring up they say to wait at the rank someone will be 5 mins it's been an hour since then just take a bus

Really nice food can't fault it. Car park has over flow in it now from the times of covid. So park elsewhere

On Easter Sunday me and my mother were going to visit family and stay the night, so therefore had a lot of bags to carry. We were only going from Talbot Green to Old Llantrisant but due to me being heavily pregnant i couldnt help carry all the bags we had, up the hill. Therefore we called this taxi company for some assistance and from the off set of this phonecall the man who greated us was terribley rude. I could barley hear anything he was saying when I was trying to describe where we wanted to get picked up from that I had to hand my phone over to my mum, as I was getting frustrated with his attitude towards me and that i could barley hear him. My mum then was also rudley addressed and when we finally got an understanding to where we wanted to get picked up from he rudely said "Im not driving around there, just to go to Llantrisant" so my mum then told him not to worry and we would try another taxi company. For some reason when we tried another company it went straight through the same man, obviously my mum didnt know this to start with, but only when he again rudley said "If you come over to me, then I will take you up" was when she realised. If we could carried our bags we would have walked up saving us money in the long run! I've never had such disgusting customer service in my whole life! I dont reccomend this company to anyone unless you want to get rude service and get picked up from somwhere else than where you requested. In the end we contacted Dianes Taxis, however they were busy at the time we requested, so had to wait and hour and a half however we didnt mind as we got there in the end and they picked us up from where we requested.
Easy to get hold of, turned up on time and the driver was really nice. Well priced as well - no scamming in price or to go a longer route. Would fully recommend.
