   Dreadful taxi service who kept telling us that they were 2 mins away... 40 mins later they showed up after badgering from us. Was at the football ground and as an away fan had a train to catch and missed it because of them. This was the start of an added 3 hours onto our journey home, which all stems from these guys being incompetent.

   Dreadful company, pre booked a taxi at a week ahead for 10pm. Didn't show up, put the phone down on us 3 times. Still stood waiting at 11 40pm when another taxi just happened to pass by and offer us his taxi to our destination. It turns out it was Apple taxis,the one we had booked. Nearly 2 hours late then charged us £4 more than quoted. Would never recommend them.

   Don't ever use Apple Taxis a taxi was booked a week ago to pick up at a point at 10pm quoting between £5 and £6 pounds for two older ladies who had to wait onside in the dark. Come midnight and numerous calls plus seeing many taxis just driving past one of the ladies eventually was able to get one to stop as it nearly flew past, guess what it was an Apple Taxis who new nothing about the booking even though the ladies and others phoned their office who either put the phone down or said they were busy even though as said this was booked a week ago. This behaviour for two mature ladies to be left out in the cold and dark is truly unacceptable, by the way the taxi charged over £9 This is disgusting and the council need to take away their licence.

   Absolutely rubbish and useless people I had rung the operator 0030 and had been told taxi gona be in 15 minutes then I rang them 4/5 times in between and they keep telling me the taxi on the way and I got someone patient with me and it’s been raining but they got no shame to tell exactly what time the driver will arrive to pickup.absolutely crap and useless service.

   Some of the driver are exceptionally rude. Their system doesn’t work as it should and they will blame you, for example I received no text this morning to notify me my taxi had been confirmed or had arrived, the driver flash called me and then when I stepped out of my building foyer I watched them drive away, this was supposed to be my ride to work. I’m not sure if they wanted me to stand in the rain and wait as I wasn’t even given a chance. I would not recommend if you have any form of mobility issues or disabilities, they will not wait for you.

   Most of the time I enjoy using apple taxi's. But today I had a driver leave me roadside because his card reader broke. I did slam his door as it appeared he was asking me to go get the cash out before I got in only after did he make it clear he was planning to take me to the cash point. He then proceeded to say that its not his fault that his card reader wasn't working but it most certainly isn't my fault that he has this issue. Never before have I been abandoned by a driver and as such I am leaving this review because that is not on. The whole situation should have been handled differently. I am a regular user of apple taxis and I will continue to hope this was a one off but lately the drivers are getting worse. The other day I also had a driver forget where he was dropping me off and started driving in the wrong direction. I think these things need to be addressed with the drivers

   Ordered a taxi for 2-30am to catch a coach to London in Weston. At 2-40, no sign of it so rang and told to give them 15mins. By that time the coach would have left. At 2-45 no taxi so we had to wake a friend to take us. We left in emergency, still no taxi. Totally unreliable, will never trust them again.

   Booked a taxi in advance as it was the weekend. As a single female I was left waiting alone and in the dark as the taxi never arrived. After 40 minutes and 3 phone calls I had to cancel and ask a friend to come and collect me. They didn't even apologise. Terrible and unsafe service, do not use.

   The lady who drove us couldn't have been nicer. Was very informative about the mobility scooter access which was very useful. Excellent Driving and made us feel safe
