Avoid at all costs! I was promised delivery of a 40ft container by their Chelmsford office 6 days in advance. They cancelled the delivery hours before its due time. I had to rebook with another company for a 5 days later time. Costing me demurrage and detention. This company lacks commitment. TYKA Limited.
Tried to become a franchise, sold a lie, very awkward when trying to meet other franchisors except there family or people who are also onboarding. Tried to negotiate advised no room for negotiation, next day price drops. Got a lucky escape in my opinion.
Very professional and efficient courier, communication is fantastic and clear they will go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.
Massive shout out to Harinder the driver who took our delivery. He was friendly, helpful, respectful and patient throughout the whole delivery process. Would highly recommend the company purely on him. If everybody is like him then it’s an excellent company to work for and to provide services! Keep up the good work Harinder and co!
Use Transol regularly for urgent same day deliveries across the UK. Always got a vehicle available and arrive normally within the hour.
I loved working here and would happily go back......I was employed as 7.5t driver on Amazon runs on lates.....This is where it starts to go wrong. I was employed as a full time permanent of staff , BUT...In the two months ii was there i only got one full week and one four day week all the other weeks i was lucky to get two days a week. When i went on to query my hours i was basically told we can't give you what you haven't got.....I was not offered other 7.5t work on the general Haulage side. I was basically fobbed off and when i mentioned i was supposed to be full time and asked why i wasn't getting any other work they just shrugged their shoulders..........The job i went for also stated you would get your own truck...It's only during my last week ( three days again ) i got a regular truck.....I really enjoyed working here but be aware of the full time hours Guarantee it doesn't exist...Would happily go back if i could get proper full time hours
Really impressed with the delivery service from Gary yesterday. Was very helpful in offloading pallet with a friendly face. Good at problem solving too as it was a tricky delivery in a small residential street. Some drivers would just leave you to it so much appreciated. Thanks guys!
If I could give less than a one star I would. Absolute terrible company who were meant to deliver my pallet on numerous occasions. Each time they didn’t turn up and didn’t even have the decency to phone me and let me know they weren’t coming. I’m still waiting for this pallet to arrive and keep getting the generic answers from the people who work for them. I’m not sure where they get there staff from but I wouldn’t ever use them again. Nor would I recommend them to anyone, hopefully they read this review and actually deliver my pallet instead of making false promises and continuous lies for the reasons it hasn’t arrived.
