Had a parcel with them which said being delivered and shipped and on Monday 11th March says on hold not being delivered. But you can not get in touch with no one to find anything out. Would not use hermes or evri iv got no conferdence in them. They are a wast of space. Even with a tracking number it don't tell you where your parcel is
