   Reckless, Dangerous, and Unprofessional - A Complete Failure Do not trust this company with your delivery. My experience today was a masterclass in negligence and a total disregard for safety. The driver arrived and proceeded to conduct his entire job while permanently on a phone call, while driving, while operating the tail lift, and while (barely) interacting with us. His distraction nearly caused a disaster: the entire pallet almost toppled off the truck during unloading due to his inattention. He then simply dumped the damaged pallet in the middle of our busy, narrow street, creating a major traffic obstruction. When I asked him to move it to the pavement, he refused. When my concerned neighbours came out to tell him he was blocking the road, he ignored everyone, drove straight past us, and left the hazard behind, all while still glued to his phone, which is blatantly illegal. This was not just "bad service"; it was a dangerous series of illegal and reckless acts. We have photo evidence of everything: the obstructed street, the damaged goods, and the driver on his phone. The company's complete failure in hiring, training, and safety protocols is staggering. They endangered the public, damaged property, and showed utter contempt for their customers and the community. Avoid at all costs.

   Driver delivered a pallet, smashed and a box missing, I've put damaged on the pod he said, of course we went to make a claim and guess what he hadn't done. Couldn't claim, even with pictures of the pallet and the driver. Make sure you check a damaged delivery is properly recorded. Lorry sh18txb,

   Freight Movement Ltd have the worst drivers, completely blind to what's infront of them! I was sitting in my car idle and one of your lorries have driven into the rear passenger side of me! Leaving me in tears, pain and complete shock, alongside with a ruined vehicle. The driver would have completed crushed my car and me if it wasn't for my frantic beeping for him to stop and realised he's hit the passenger rear end of my car. Better training needs to be given. How can I be completely still and a lorry drive forward and into me and not even notice?
