We deal with Jodie, Georgie and the team on a daily basis and they go above and beyond for us. We print, amongst other things, Premier League and Championship football programmes, so there is no margin for error, or being late, and they are superb. The communication is great and if there is a problem a resoliuton is found very quickly. I cant speak highly enough of them. Keep up the good work! Chris Pickett.

Terrible communication. Failed a specific booked in delivery for Pallet-Track without any communication to our customer, who was waiting with a pre-organised team of people. Never answer the phone.

Screwed up two days running for a delivery, and not even an apology. I advised that some can have difficulty getting to us, however bin lorries, hiabs and removal lorries do. It didn't arrive as the driver said he couldnt navigate a tight bend. Promised delivery the following day, and would try to be the morning. It was actually placed on an afternoon van. Then a further phone call to say that delivery isn't coming either. The girl who answers the phone is lovely, but they guy is just plain rude on the phone. And defensive when I questioned the competence of their drivers. Complete and utter mess. A touch of customer service wouldn't go astray. A simple apology for the inconvenience of now having to wait in for 3 days, even after a promise of making it a morning call today, but then booked it for the afternoon. Furious and frustrated! And when I drew to his attention the multiple failings, all he could respond with was "right". No apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience that they have caused on a Bank Holiday weekend of actual sunshine. I was promised another morning delivery today - let's see what happens this time!...............*updated to say that it arrived at 9:30 this morning. Lovely driver. It appears that the office still didn't listen and sent him in a larger truck. It's a shame that his boss doesn't have his customer service and conflict resolution skills.
