   Went in to drop off a parcel at 9.50pm and the shop closes at 10pm- when I told the man at the counter I had a parcel to return he didn’t seem impressed whilst looking at my parcel and didn’t reply. I told him I need to print the label he then reluctantly mumbled and pointed where I can scan the QR code to print. I struggled to scan the QR code for 3/4 minutes as the scanner was not picking up the QR code. I continued to struggle and the man behind the counter made no attempt to help me and continued working behind the counter. He finally came round and suggested how to scan it. I felt he wasn’t happy I bought a parcel in very close to closing time as he later mentioned if I have a parcel I need to come earlier and when I asked him to repeat what he was saying he felt reluctant to repeat it as there was no real reason for him to say this to me. Two other customers entered the shop after me whilst I was in the shop. Unhelpful member of staff. I have used this shop on multiples occasions and had no issues with other staff members. I was out of the shop by 9.56 but I could have been out even quicker if he had helped me in the first instance! Rude man!

   Very poor handling of parcels. Always slow and if they are busy tell you that system in broke come back later! My parcel was on the floor where people can just pick them up and leave. Not secured.

   I got my notification this morning that my parcel was at Nisa. When I went into the shop at 6pm that evening I was told to come back tomorrow because only the manager can get parcels.
