   Driver brought up 3 times how we were not on time to our booking, although I have a camera to see when the taxi was outside. Turns out he was waiting at the wrong house for 10 minutes, blamed me for not waiting outside. Thought I resolved the issue for him to just swear at me and my partner so had to leave the taxi.

   Took a cab this evening driver was asking where this place was(which was a carehome ) ,I thought drivers were suppose to know every place or put their sat nav instead of asking passengers .the place actually takes 5mon to get there with no traffic he went to wrong direction even I tried to tell him don’t use that way but he chose not to use that direction and he dropped me late which took additional 5minutes ..never choosing this service ..drivers needs to know route and roads ..seems he’s new to this country ‘l!!!

   Now trying to charge £20 to get from Asda back to upper Rhymney! Its 3 miles only takes 8 minutes. Had one driver swearing and speeding around corners with my son in the car straight out of hospital. Going downhill fast absolute disgrace

   Very shoddy service. A few months back, I had unfortunately trusted this cabbie company to be able to handle a simple reservation booked a few hours in advance to drop me at the train station in town. Apparently the cabbie on duty either never took down my details or never passed it onto the next guy on duty, which is absolutely unacceptable and nearly made me miss the flight I had to catch, which I would have if I didnt shell extra money and hadn't gotten lucky with other options for transport available. Safe to say that these lot won't be getting my money again, there's much better alternatives!

   Absolutely appalling service. Taxi was 20mins late, driver agreed to give a discount due to being late and then deliberately short changed me. When I raised this with him and asked for the rest he refused. Unreliable, dishonest and untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.

   Taxi did not turn up! We were given a time, were waiting on the door for 20 minutes and the taxi did not show at all! Tried ringing numerous times and not one of our calls were answered. I do not recommend anyone uses this company as you will be left stranded.

   Despite ostensibly being the most well reputed cab service in the area, they cannot be relied upon whatsoever. My brother and I took a cab into town, fully expecting to be collected at 00:20, only to be stolen of our time to find a completely absent sevice.
