Amanda at the Broad St Dagenham branch is an absolute gem and you're lucky to have her! From the moment I first called asking for advice about the stray moggy in my garden she was so knowledgeable and concerned. She supported in explaining about my options and the neutering scheme for strays. She swiftly booked me in and reassured me on the day giving loads of advice and follow ups. We have ended up keeping the stray on all thanks to the support and service from Amanda. Thank you for all of your help you're an absolute credit to Goddards and they're lucky to have you!

We’re very happy with this practice, the vet and reception staff have always been very helpful and I don’t usually have long to wait for an appointment.

Our first time attending Best Friends vet in Dagenham, since acquiring our new puppy. Our initial phone enquiry, to source a vet, was a positive experience - receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and even went above and beyond to explained the road parking situation. On our first in-person visit we were warmly welcomed, by all, checkup went well and we were given leaflets to advise on Health Plans, insurance, trainers and feeding. A great little team. Thank you ☺️

This vets surgery has been brilliant with me and my constant worrying. Helping me when I had to put one of my cats on a diet and advised me when I took in a 2nd to keep my cat company owing the loss of his brother the year before. They always try to get you in as soon as they can.. polite and respectful.

That's not our regular vet, but I had to take dog as emergency. Dog had visual signs of being unwell, was coughing, heavy breathing, coughing to the point that will womitt. Symptoms was for more than 24 hours. Vet examined and give anti sickness injection. Dog did not get any better, and revisited our regular vet in the morning. Dog was diagnosed with advanced Kennel cough. Regular vet told me, symptoms of KC are very visible and vet which examined dog should have picked in the evening.

Firstly I would like to thank Amanda for being very helpful and responsive. I have taken my cat for a second opinion on a heart murmur. I have then struggled to find a specialist that would carry out a heart scan. I have been looking to find a specialist who could assist me and I have been emailing Best Friends Group and Amanda has followed up with me several times and called me to help me find a specialist. I would highly recommend this practice the team is helpful! Thank you Amanda x
