I would like to thank you very much for today’s visit. Everything was explained to me clearly, and I truly appreciate the calm and supportive way in which all the information about my dog’s health was presented. I am especially grateful to Dr Dimitri, who kindly introduced herself and reassured me that I can contact her at any time if I have any questions or concerns. This gave me a great sense of comfort during a very stressful moment. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the reception team. Today was an extremely busy day, and I could clearly see how many patients were coming in and out. Despite this, the receptionists were always kind, smiling and very helpful. Even though I had to wait for over an hour to return to the consultation room and discuss the treatment plan, the reception staff checked in with me several times to reassure me that I had not been forgotten and that I would be called in as soon as possible. Their communication and kindness made a huge difference. Thank you for making such a stressful situation feel safe, friendly and supportive. I am very grateful for the professionalism, care and warmth shown to both me and my dog today.

Excellent service. Caring staff especially Dr Phoebe who has recently overseen the care of my boy Baloo who has come back from the brink twice in the past 6 months.

I took my cat, Storm, to Forest Veterinary Epping after she fractured her front leg. The vets decided that putting a splint on was the best course of action, but the entire experience has been nothing short of appalling. From the very beginning, things were handled poorly. I was told I would receive a call in 1–2 hours to collect Storm after her splint was put on. Not only did I not receive a call, but I ended up waiting over 4 hours in total — including sitting in the waiting room for another hour and 15 minutes after being told she would be brought out "shortly." At her first check-up a week later, I was informed the splint had slipped down her leg and was essentially doing nothing. I was charged £55 for them to replace it. The very next morning, I discovered the splint had completely fallen off. I called the vets and was told to bring her back in again — meaning I had to take yet another day off work. When I brought her in, the splint was replaced after another long wait, but this time I was charged £120, with the explanation that the splint was “bigger.” Yet again, as soon as I brought Storm home, the splint came off almost immediately. When I called to complain, they offered to reapply it “free of charge” — as if that were a favour rather than simply correcting their repeated incompetence. To make matters worse, I was told the person who had applied the previous splints was a "specialist" in this field. Based on the results, that is extremely hard to believe. Not only did they fail to provide the most basic standard of care, but the repeated mistakes caused unnecessary stress for my cat and forced me to take multiple days off work. And if that wasn’t bad enough, it took them 12 days (6 working days) just to fill in and submit an insurance form for my claim. Twelve days for something that should have been handled promptly and professionally — yet another example of their incompetence and disregard for their clients. This practice is a huge step down compared to the Woodford branch of the same company, which has always been professional and competent. My experience at the Epping branch has been deeply disappointing, stressful, and costly, with little regard shown for either the welfare of my pet or the impact on me as her owner. I strongly advise staying far away from Forest Veterinary Epping.

Forest Vets showed nothing but compassion at a time of pure sadness and loss and they really are doing angels work. My fur baby had to be put to sleep after a very short illness and not only did they act quickly to ensure he was not in distress, they worked quickly to ensure we were not left waiting for answers. I had to be redirected here as out of hours and exceeded beyond my expectations. They gave us time and gave us so much reassurance. From the euthanasia process, decisions about cremations, to the collection of everything thereafter, I can’t give enough thanks. I have to give special thanks to Alessandro for the special and incredible care he provided, and the rest of the team for how delicately they treated the situation. I never imagined I would have to say goodbye to my best friend so soon, but Forest Vets have gone above and beyond and I can never thank you all enough. Attaching photos of said fur baby in memory.

I recently had an emergency with my frenchie and they were amazing throughout the whole process. I had to leave him there for 2 over night stays, I was beside myself with worry, especially the 1st night, they kept me updated via WhatsApp video and messages to reasure me that he was comfortable and in the right hands, woke up this morning with another update on his progress. They called when they said they would with updates, never needed to chase, how they explained his after care, medication requirements were faultless. I could have wished for more from them.

If only no stars was a option avoid this pet hell at all costs it could cost your your pet!! We took our puppy down for emergency treatment who was in their care for 5 days they found nothing! I was insistent on taking her home despite the vet saying she should be put to sleep immediately her exact words where you could spend 10000 on this dog you won't save her, I took her the next morning to be put to sleep at another vetinary hospital in romford vets4pets who diagnosed her in 30 seconds!! And then bought her back despite treatment being severely delayed due to the malpractice of this god forsaken place

I would give zero stars if i could. This people only care about money and not animal welfare, refuse to help my dying dog just because i couldn’t pay thousands pound upfront even when i told them i will bring the money in the morning. Absolutely disgusting. Luckily i found a vet that helped my dog and didn't even asked for deposit and my beloved pet is getting better now.

Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and reassuring. Joe was wonderful with my yorkie, Freddie. He made sure that he is comfortable whilst examining what is causing him pain. A few years ago when Freddie was attacked by another dog and needed surgery, he stayed at the hospital for a couple of days. Whenever we come back here, Freddie is eager to go in (possibly the only dog that loves going to the vets) but that only shows what great care was provided to him. It’s great having a vet you can trust to get your little pet better.

I have recently moved to Forest vets, what a refreshing change to have such proactive forward thinking treatment for my diabetic cat Bruiser. I highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a vet practice for your precious fur babies.

Eddie was in Epping 3 weeks ago and the treatment care and love he received was second to non and amazing. They literally saved his life and I’m forever grateful. I’ve been with Forest for 33 years and would not go anywhere else. The staff are all so lovely and having been at Woodford for all this time lots have become friends. To everyone at Woodford and Epping a massive thank you xx
