   I gotta say this taxi company has helped me and my mum out whenever we need them we only live local but this company goes well beyond customers service skills they will help u with Ur shopping and if lady can't do it she will send here partner down to collect us I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family I tried using dias cabs ages ago but the person who owns that has got no customers service skills he upset me and had no apology so I would never use dias cabs I will always stick to Gez cabs . Xxx

   I was stranded with no car on new years eve after every other taxi company refused to transport me on a 4 minute drive as I had a number of bags to move into temporary hospital accommodation. Fortunately Gez's Taxi picked up and kindly helped me move. Wonderful service, friendly and kind staff made my day! Went above and beyond the usual service I would expect from a taxi company, all so that I could begin my work at the NHS- THANK YOU!

   Very rude lady on the phone called to cancel the taxi as i got picked up by a friend and she had stinking attitude and was told by her to never ring them for a taxi again i dont own my own business or know how to run one but im pretty sure thats not the way

   Shockingly rude lady at the base. I needed to book a taxi on a Sunday to get to the hospital. She sounded like she just could not be bothered and I suspect the base operates a few taxi companies. When I rang, the phone was just hung down on me .it is obvious she don't care about healthcare workers needing to get to work. The base operates several taxi companies. The lady said and I quote" we drivers take a break on Sundays and you would have called all the other companies ,". So what happens on Sundays if one doesn't own a car and need to get to the hospital? I am appalled.
