Went to collect a parcel today. No one serving. After waiting a designated counter for 10 mins lady in front of queue went to find staff. Staff member came over. NO APOLOGY FOR THE WAIT. When they came to serve me still no apology. Then could not find my parcel, it was on wrong shelf. I advised they should maybe have a note on counter to advise customers they have to find someone to serve you in store rather than wait at the counter with no info or help. Server made excuses that she was busy in the store, still no apology. Customer service costs nothing. Not a very good experience and will avoid using this service again.
