   Incredibly rude and incompetent service. I just tried to mail 2 Amazon packages and the man who works there just started barking at me from the start in the most disrespectful way-- I felt he was hassling me & disrespecting me because I'm a woman. My shipping method required the local Evri shop to package my items to return, but this shop refused to do this. When I tried to show them the Amazon return instructions on my phone that the packaging was their responsibility not mine, the man started yelling at me. I have never had a local shop like this refuse to package Amazon items for return. He first tried to price gouge by selling his own packaging then refused to even sell me envelopes/packaging so that I could package the items myself. All while yelling like I'm an idiot, when in fact he's the one who appeared to have no clue how to read or communicate in English. The supervisor (I'm guessing a relative) was just as bad when I tried to explain it to him. Consequently, I missed the chance to return my items on time through Amazon. There is no easy way to complain to Evri directly about the Evri shops (although I'm still trying & will make an in-person trip to Evri corporate if I have to), so you are on your own if something happens with your packages! Dont trust this shop!

   I was concerned about an undelivered parcel and my concerns were dealt with. The only thing that I found difficult was I was unable to speak directly to someone for help as they only offer a automated system which didn't answer my query.
