Just got this delivered( see pictures) I was told to contact supplier to open investigation. Not very helpful but I will do that! Merry Christmas to the person who damaged my item !
Absolute shambles of a company. I was meant to have my parcel on Sunday and the tracking showed it would be delivered between 5pm and 6pm, but nothing came. I checked the tracking and it said “not far away”, then all of a sudden it said there was “no answer” – even though I was in all day. On Monday I heard nothing from them except “we don’t know where your parcel is”. Now it’s Tuesday, another scan says “your parcel is out for delivery”, but still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Ordered a kitchen appliance urgently as we are not feeling well. Paid extra for express delivery. Waiting eagerly since early morning. Got my delivery time slot. The map shows the driver is delivering 13th item and mine is 16th. I am waiting and 15 minutes later shows the driver has missed me. No one rung the bell. No phone call. Nothing. The reference image shows nothing which proves that the delivery wasnt even attempted by DPD. Dear DPD, I ve lost extra money due to your ignorance. Stay Away
Awful One delivery attempt made in which the driver Jason stood in front of our front door without ringing a blatantly obvious Ring door bell, he left with the parcel after 10 seconds of waiting Next update through the DPD app without any option presented to arrange collection or re-delivery the parcel is being sent back to the seller! Absolute Joke of a company
Didn't try to deliver, just lied. We were in all here of us. Doorbell, door knocker and plenty of neighbours who would take it in. Did not try again despite receiving an email indicating so. Held in Depot. Got email very late. Have to travel to an awkward location to try and pick it up. The website and customer service is a web of dead ends, including complaints and the chat feature which seems to allow be a figment of their imagination. Stars rating well deserved
Waiting 3 days over the expected delivery time. Item is still not here, just a "sorry we missed you" email even though I am literally waiting and watching out of the window. Can't be bothered. First driver was "Nathan" second is "Michael". A van hasn't even driven past never mind tried to deliver. Ridiculous. 3 days of missed work (self employed) waiting for the parcel which I will be invoicing DPD with for lost earnings. Absolutely horrendous. It's still in the Rumney depot now and should have been delivered by 12 today.
Absolute shocking service from DPD, My parcel initially delayed by DPD and the reason mentioned on my tracking website was that the addresses requested a different time for delivery which I never did.. Then when they actually tried, Gareth one of the driver came to my address and left straight away and then on my tracking website says “the DPD driver couldn’t find the address” and then finally Constantin came to my door and left the parcel to another address that I never requested… ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, YOU GUYS SHOULD NEVER OPERATE…now fighting to get my refund back, DPD you are absolutely shocking… 1 Star is a luxury, Google should do better and let you put 0 stars or maximum half You’re absolute jokers…this is the box you delivered to me and that cost me £450, could you not read that says FRAGILE on the box?? you should be shut down and all of you fire you miserable people!
If no stars were available that is what I would rate. We have not recieved our order which was supposed to be next day at the beginning of the month. I've recieved the same automated messages saying there is problem in your area and it will be resolved within 24 hours. Estimated delivery the next day. The problem seems to be the parcel is lost, or more likely stolen. After 3 lots of half hour wait phone calls I finally spoke to someone who didn't seem sorry or bothered that she couldn't locate my parcel. Must be normal practice for DPD. As given the rest of the reviews a lot of electrical items such as phones, iPads, tablets ect seem to be "lost". This is obviously a sheer coincidence that expensive items are lost. Hopefully someone else child will have a lovely mobile phone as their present Christmas day, as mine will not.
I was given a time slot between 15:26-16:16 on Thursday and I waited all day at home to receive my parcel. The delivery driver didn’t even attempt to deliver even though I could see his location on the map and he was around my house for an hour! Then on the same evening I received a msg saying that my parcel was delivered at 8pm at Cardiff!! I don’t even live in Cardiff and the parcel was surely not delivered to me! Then the next day they have removed this from the parcel info and added “your parcel is on its way back to the sender”. Now I have requested investigation from the seller and they’re looking into it but I honestly do not understand why DPD is doing this to so many people. Because of them, I have to wait for investigation then wait for another delivery. Absolutely horrendous!!!!
Constantly experiencing problems with DPD. Deliveries keep being left at the wrong address in a street with a different name and different number on the property and different post code. How can this happen?? Best part is the driver has re delivered correctly on more than 1 occasion but still keeps repeating the same mistake. Also keep having notifications the parcels are delayed due to unexpected difficulties. Trying to call is pointless as the chat option on the app, there always seems to be a technical error. 1 star is the lowest I can give. Would be 0 if the option was available.
