Very poor service. I would not recommend any business to use this service. I can support my statements with facts so yeh very poor service and if I were a business I would not use them because it affected customer satisfaction.
We needed help receiving a shipment while we were staying at a nearby Airbnb and they were helpful. We were able to have it sent to their address and collecting from there.

Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a garden set from The Range, consisting of three boxes: the courier presented themselves with only 2 out of 3, and told me a "two-men lift was needed for the third one", so someone else would come and deliver the missing box either the following day or the day after. No one has ever come back to my address to deliver the third box. It's been a week now, and despite multiple calls to the customer service, I am not being given any update or reassurance or refund, only excuses, and bad manners on the phone. The Range hasn't received the missing box either, and DHL is not communicating back with them. Chose another provider, not DHL, or collect products by yourself, they are awful.
One of the best things about this particular store is it's friendly helpful staff, they out up with a lot usually in the form of people not being able to work the printer and scanner but they do it with a smile and patience. The company if they could should reward them with a slightly larger store or atleast think of how to lay it out better.
