   Nick has been fantastic to work with throughout our flat purchase. We are first time buyers and he was very generous with his time on the intro call, explaining the process and what we might need to be aware of and the various documents we would need. He remained easily approachable and communicative throughout the process and was on hand to advise us during tricky periods and personally dealt with the various organisations involved in the process on our behalf. We will be coming back to Nick when it is time to remortgage or we look to move to another property.

   Nick was incredibly helpful throughout our entire moving process. Our situation was not very straightforward and with the addition of the instability of the market and mortgage rates changing rapidly, Nick provided honest and detailed information. He provided breakdowns for each of our borrowing options, showing what the rates would be and the different monthly payments. It allowed us to make an fully informed decision and he patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions - of which there were many! We could not have asked for more. Highly recommend.

   Nick was extremely helpful throughout the whole house buying process. He sat down with us at the start and advised us on saving goals and really helped us understand what our maximum budget would be and how we could achieve it. He always replied swiftly to emails and phone calls which was really important to have as we were new to the process as first time buyers. Even when we hit a few bumps in the solicitor process, Nick was straight on the phone to help and to keep things running smoothly.    We have used Nick for our mortgage for 6 years now and he is fantastic! When we initially took out our mortgage, we struggled to get a broker to get us a mortgage due to our credit history, we had been through several brokers who were unable to help us, within 20minutes of being with John and Nick, we had our mortgage in principle! A few months later we moved in to our own house. Every time it's due for renewal Nick gets us the best possible price and is always on the ball with great communication and able to answer any questions we have. I have no issues with recommending them to others and will continue to use Nick for any future mortgages.
