This place is run by incompetent people. Meat order has been sat in the depot for days…now rotten and no use to even the rats. Company I bought the food from sent another parcel as a replacement spent extra on before noon delivery today and again it’s a no show. They don’t update the apps or email you. Just avoid them.
I sent a package to Trinidad and I must say I had an exceptional experience at this location. The gentleman was so patient and very professional. We had some technical difficulties and he ensure that he got the information necessary to rectify the problem. He definitely make me highly recommended DHL for shipping. And my package reached early as well. Thank you very much
