Dealt with my mum and step dad very sensitively after a diagnosis of dementia and issues surrounding claims. No algorithms or AI. Just humans who seemed to care. I thought this sort of service had gone but these lot are still flying the flag.
Fantastic insurer to work with, local people with local knowledge. Very easy to communicate with, have always paid out when necessary. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, I highly recommend.

I have used the NFU in Wells for several years now and have always been delighted by the service. I have always found them to be friendly, helpful and professional. Truly, nothing has been too much trouble! I have gradually moved more and more of my insurances to them: 4 cars and 2 houses so far. They have also usually been very competitive and it's great to be able to talk to someone on the telephone rather than having to use the internet to contact someone in a call centre miles away. Disappointments? I did find them unable to cover existing conditions under their travel policy and I felt their proposed dog cover was expensive.
