Avoid working there High turnover, Toxic and disrespectful CEO, No off sick pay or arrangement to work from home including for covid 19, no training provided and so much more to say. Be very carefull about the reviews you can see on other websites they are often posted by employees being blackmailed or traded for good references.
Unpleasant experience. Staff seem oppressed and out of it, and service was complicated, unhelpful and burdensome. Avoid clearing customs with them.
I have been working for the company over 2 years, as I started working in November 2019, and I have had an excellent time working for C4 Logistics. I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity of learning, progressing within the company and being trusted (to have additional responsibilities as looking after some important customers accounts of C4 Logistics). At C4 Logistics, I have had the chance of improving professionally and personally and I have met fantastic people that I now consider as my friends.
These guys are fantastic! Rapid, secure delivery for a very reasonable price. They ship all over Europe for us and we would'nt entrust our packages with anyone else.
Potential Job Opportunists - Beware! .. (I joined C4 in 2015 after I left a previous employed role in logistics). I was promised an exciting and attractive role with a generous salary however after only a few weeks was left extremely dented and humiliated after receiving no training at all - and then being dismissed after being told I wasn't fit for the role. *Important to note that I am now a European supervisor myself of an extremely busy operations desk in a large transport company including customs duties, booking and planning, KPI reporting etc.* .. I was not unfit or unable & was not given the tools or support required as a 'new starter to a company' ! It took a lot for me to regain my confidence and bounce back from the ordeal with C4 & I would sincerely urge anyone to question the high staff turnover before taking a position here.
