Outstanding service from Lesson Moore, they carried out a thorough review of the entire market and provided clear, well-explained recommendations to transition from a company health policy to a personal one. I’d highly recommend them.
I would not recommend this company. They significantly miss sold a health insurance policy and refused to take any accountability for the miss information provided. A costly and timely impact to their customer. In response to your reply below, as we are both aware, and as was acknowledged by Mia (your adviser), you sold the policy without understanding the restrictions in place. You advised us incorrectly and tried to rectify the matter with Aviva, who advised they could not modify the policy as it was Lesson Moore's responsbility for miss selling. It was impossible for the FO to fairly assess the complaint as you claimed you couldn't find the original recording of your sales pitch to us on your server - convenient! Like most people I appreciate that errors occur and it was likely down to inexperience, however the deep frustration we have is with the complete lack of accountability or recognition for the significant inconvenience we were put to as a result of the miss information provided by Lesson Moore.
We cannot thank Lesson Moore team enough. From initial introduction from John, through to finalised documentation they have been incredible. John, Simon & the team have been amazing. Giving their time, knowledge, patience and empathy to our company and personal requirements. With their expertise, they gave a thorough industry review and search, which resulted in us saving over £6k this year! Highly recommend to anyone who has or is considering private health care.
