   First time the delivery failed to go to the correct location but my fault not theirs. I called the courier up and rearranged for delivery today and gave my phone number to them so the driver could call me if unsure due to the house being a little out of the way. He did call as guessed he’d have a problem finding it. Thanks buddy I really appreciate that you And the company went that extra mile ( literally lol ). I definitely recommend you. Regards Mal.

   The driver didn't even ring the door bell, didn't leave a note, no message no call, nothing. I even left instructions on the door to leave in the rear garden if not home, I was home at the time, he didn't even ring the door bell just took a picture of the door and left. Worst delivery service by far!!! Still don't have my package, oh and they don't deliver on weekends just working days. Utter joke.

   We were approached by DX Express for our business, the sales rep came in, we agreed to a months trial, we showed him all the parcels we would send and checked the prices, After 30 days we received invoices with parcels weighing 4kg charged at £31! instead of £4.15!!! Apparently this was a fine of £10??? Yet they charged 26.85 extra per parcel saying they should have been in boxes and not bags? The sales manager had told us which service to book our parcels on, we TRUSTED the sales rep to be honest! BUT GUESS WHAT, the sales rep has now left, and instead an aggressive man called Stefan turned up unannounced shouting at my partner in the shop in front of customers, absolutely unprofessional and unnecessary, aggressive behaviour. How the tide turns from a friendly rep who is grateful to have a slice of our business on trial, to aggressive staff threatening us in public in our shop! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional aggressive team of people in all my years in business! I will not ever recommend anyone use this company! They have been paid for the services we received and not any of the additional "fines" of extortion placed on our account!

   Rude customer service, NO DELIVERY, didn't follow through with agreed telephony actions. Do not use. Spoke to Rebecca Truman who slammed the phone without an ending greeting. We waited all day for a hired item and were waiting by an open door to receive an email claiming 'missed delivery'. As they messed the delivery, we are now out of an item that has to be returned on time and they claim zero responsibility.

   Don’t bother useless claim to of been to house but don’t like having anything big then when you want to pick it up claim it’s on their trailer and can’t get it off ! Useless
