I can't speak more highly of the counsellor as well as the counselling team. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere calm, safe and peaceful. Me and my partner have recently had relationship counselling and I cant recommend Richard enough. He has helped us through some really rough times and without Richard I’m not sure we would be where we are today, so we are really thank ful for Richard. He always knew the right things to say when discussing difficult situations, he was never judgemental, I will always remember the techniques he shared to help me through it. I will never forget how understanding and helpful he was in such a rough time in my life and I am very thankful for that.

We had couples counselling for depression with Louise, funded by the NHS, as we were going through a tough time financially and depression and other life circumstances were really affecting our relationship. From the very first contact, the service was excellent. I emailed to ask for more information and they were really helpful and understanding. We were given the option of online or face-to-face sessions, and chose online to make things easier around childcare. Our sessions were in the evenings, once our daughter was in bed, which worked really well for us. It made such a difference to have that space to talk openly about our struggles, and to learn how to really listen to each other. Louise gave us some really helpful tools around communication that helped us change how we speak and respond to one another. When we started counselling, our relationship felt like it was falling apart — now, we feel stronger and more connected than ever. We’re so grateful to Louise for helping us get here. Thank you.
