So I've been through so much with my kitty Balthazar especially this year as he got an ulcer on his eye the staff as always were so caring & they were very through with all they did for him & totally put us ease. This vet practice is not only for our babies but also the Hoomans. Gentle caring loving & dedicated to the very best

Our little bunny came in not to well and had to be put to sleep. The vet was lovely and gave us time to be with him. They was vey compassionate and understanding. I couldn't recommend forest Vets enough.

I cannot recommend Forest Vets Radioiodine team at Harlow highly enough. Everyone I came into contact with was marvellous, and very reassuring. The information provided in writing or orally, was clear, and very thorough. The daily Whatsapp reports on how their patient was progressing were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone whose cat is diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Particular thanks to Sharon who was my point of contact from start to finish. She went above and beyond expectations.

By far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The whole admin team have no customer services skills, and they are backed up by management. We have left this vets and gone else where, they are only interested in your money. If you love and value your pets go else where, there are better places who actually care about your needs not about money, or putting the phone down when you ask them something. Also good luck with trying to book an appointment here- you must call at 8:00 not 8:01 but 8:00, as told to me by a member of the team. What an absolute joke. It’s sad as they have a lot of complaints about their reception staff and nothing seems to change.

As always, Forest Vets were excellent. My bunny, Bonnie, has had surgery here and been cared for on many occasions for eye issues, teeth and spay. My bunny wasn’t herself, so I called late this afternoon and was welcomed to attend at 6.30pm. We saw Erica who was incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, kind and compassionate. My little bun was happy to let Erica handle her and get the care she needed. Erica was re-assuring and kind. I always leave feeling a sense of β€˜peace of mind’. Massive thank you to Erica and all reception staff who were pleasant as always. My daughter is a animal lover and these ladies are huge role models!

Took our cat here recently for an overall check as he was adopted and hadn't been to a vets before. The vet we saw was a very compassionate lady. We had some issues with further tests as we had only booked him in for blood tests. Which we paid for on the day. They tried to charge us for a urine sample which we were not aware of and at the time did not have the extra cash to pay for! So we paid for the blood as planned. They won't give us the results of the blood tests which costs were covered for, as they decided to add on a urine sample on top plus additinal fees which were covered in a previous visit! They dont explain anything to you and are clearly only trying to get as much money as they can out of you! Trying to resolve the matter meant dealing with an extremely arrogant receptionist!!! They refuse to give us his results ( WHICH WE HAVE PAID FOR) and are almost vile to deal with! SORT YOUR RECEPTIONIST OUT! We will NOT be returning to this practice.... Don't take your pets here!

Sadly we had to have my mum's dog put down this week. Due to him having chemo unfortunately I wasn't allowed close contact with him as I am pregnant. The vets thought of everything so that I could still say goodbye to him as I was really close to him but in a safe way so it was safe for me and my unborn baby . I couldn't thank them enough. Also a massive thank you to Leanne the vet that was brilliant and showed so much compassion and understanding in his last moments. I highly recommend anyone to go here as this vetinary practice truly care.

I’m very happy with the service I received. Big thank you to Sharon and the team. My cat required immediate radiation therapy for hyperthyroidism, for which you normally need to wait months. Sharon managed to get me an appointment within 2 weeks, which probably has saved my cat. She was also kind enough to keep my cat one extra day without additional fee when I was unable to collect my cat on the discharge day due to strike. 3 months later my cat received all clear. The insurance claim was made by the clinic super quickly. No issues at all, thanks guys

Been taking my dog for a skin condition. Still not resolved but charged over Β£200. The Harlow practice only seems interested in getting money out of you but not providing the correct care for your pet. Really poor attitudes. I did contact you before posting the review and raised my concerns. But you were not interested. Therefore I posted this review.

Took my dog to them to be told my dogs spine had slipped out of place an needed surgery for 6 grand or to put her down as wasn't fair. So went to another vet for a second opinion to be told it was a phantom pregnancy and after some anti flamatries she was fine after 2 days. Would never go there again i nearly lost my dog.
