One of the worst delivery companies to use as a customer.My parcel was both to be delivered on Thursday.They gave me a time window 4 o'clock to 6 o'clock turn up 3 I was in they knocked. And got straight in the Van and drove off. I have it on camera. Told me they've missed my delivery. They will deliver it tomorrow 3 days later. Still not delivered. Customer services tell you they will respond within 24 hours still waiting 72 hours later Just seen as it reviews on this company.And they're all say the same can't talk to anyone.And one of the worst delivery companies?Why does Amazon still use them?I've now formerly made a complaint against Amazon.And I am now working on a video for social media with all the messages
