   Worst experience I have had with a delivery company. Should have delivered a food parcel yesterday, had no contact off them and I called at 5.30pm to be told the driver ran our of time. However due to it being meat someone would deliver it later if not by 12 the next day. Tracking info no longer available and it is now 5.55pm the next day, you will not answer my calls and I still have no delivery.

   Can't fault them. Had two deliveries in the past two weeks, both of which were attempted while I was out. I contacted the depot and the staff were so helpful, in both cases contacting the drivers to find their locations. Long story then, but it resulting in me getting both of my deliveries that day after all. 1st class service. Thank you to all at Crondal Road.
