Shocking to be honest, been trying to transfer monies out for 2 days now. Been told to email and they'll speak to another team. Should be able to withdraw my money when I need it.
Can never get an answer on the phone, I've been calling for 3 weeks now. I had spoken to the same woman twice who had said she would call me back that day. On both occasions she did not. When i did finally get through she hadnt done anything she said she would in regards to my account and sending the information to the right place. Nothing had been updated on my account. Very poor customer service. Definitely not a bank for the community. Love you paying money in though. Stay clear
Turn off, update any details at all.And they still have not sent me a debit card, despite charging for the use of it every month! Will you call them?Ask you to email and whenever you email.They've asked you to call. As for the borrowing facilities Are you increased my income with the part-time job?And they wouldn't give me an emergency loan of five hundred pounds which repaid only £50 a month! This is after years of loyalty and deposits of up to 20000 pounds.so glad they never saw the full 38000 o would have deposited if they were not idiots! I would have lift twenty eight thousand pounds in there for a year
Saved thousands of pounds over the years with these they offerd me a loan of of 500 pounds last year my circumstances have changed where I can't keep paying in and requested a small loan and unfortunately can't suddenly give me a loan. I'll be pulling my remaining savings out of credit union... not fit for purpose anymore place needs shutting down. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE. Will probably lend to them hard up small loans with my money!
Stay well away .....we had just short of £5,500 in and we were still putting in as much as £50 to £75 per week as we were saving for my partners motorcycle we ask them for a loan .........and to our amazement they asked to see gills bank account she had decided to save with the credit union because she did not like banks or trust them ..... we hoped our savings would help other people with loans but when we needed help it was a no ! we have withdrawn all our money every last penny we will not bank with them again Gill +mick

Unable to go into shop even now when everything else is open. Asked for my balance in an email which was refused on grounds of security but if I gave my phone number it would be ok, I could have stolen the phone! Thoroughly fed up with the increasing amount of information you are asked to give, I supplied account number dob and address but even thats not enough! Thinking of closing my account as soon as the office is open to the public!
