   Our first time buying a house was a journey and a half with many ups and downs. But Nic helped us every step of the way. Answering all the questions and queries we had, always there to come up with a plan B. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her. She is amazing to work with and so helpful. The one thing I was worried about when looking for an advisor was that we would be pushed to make choices. This was not the case at all with Nic, she made sure we were aware of everything available to us, what is necessary and what isn’t. Gave her advice and listened to our opinion. She gave us time to think about our options and was always there to go through everything again, just to make sure we were happy. She worked closely with us to find what worked best for us and I am so grateful for everything she has done for us. Buying a home was never going to be easy or straightforward but having Nic to guide us made it a whole lot less stressful.

   We researched Equity Release over a number of months and it was easy to find large organisations with a number of advisers. We wanted to be sure that we would always be talking to our chosen representative rather than one appointed by a company. Our criteria required someone we could trust and was knowledgeable and personable. Nic was really helpful in our initial telephone contact which confirmed that she met all our criteria and more. She was prepared to work with us on a face to face basis. Her explanations were clear and there were no questions she couldn’t answer. We wondered if our time constraints would cause a problem but Nic did not allow that to happen. We would highly recommend Nic to anyone.
