   Opening times are ridiculous and the man that usually works the counter has no place dealing with the general public, he is rude, doesn't listen, talks over people and is full of his own self-importance, other staff who help out when it's busy are very helpful and respectful of the customers.

   They have not been delivering my parcels correctly. I have requested for a utility bill and it's been more than 2 weeks now, the royal mail Barry has not yet delivered this. Now, I am waiting for DVLA license, DBS Certificate which I think they don't deliver. Absolutely worst service and lazy workers.

   Absolutely lazy people! Been waiting for my parcel to arrive at my location of pick up and it’s just been sat in there do office for the last 3 days Iv payed for next day delivery not for it to be here almost a week later

   Seem to keep not deliver my packages or collect my deliveries in the time frames or dates provided. Despite working from home and being in my property during the day, there always seems to be issues with my orders and collections and can never contact anyone to figure out why :(

   AVOID!!! Only has one star because i have to, would personally put 0 stars. “attempted delivery” my house is covered in cctv and not once did anyone to do with royal mail even come near my street or house this delivery company is a disgrace and needs shutting down asap. also no human customer service to help at all you should have human customer service available until the last parcel is delivered what a lazy bunch of people.    Absolute p##s take paid for tracked 24 delivery received email from royal mail my item will be delivered today. Then had text to say they couldn't deliver as my address inaccessible that's a load of bull iv been in all day they haven't even been in my street.

   States that it is open Sundays 11am - 3pm. Went down to collect my parcel and its closed , numerous people waiting around saying that it says its open on the door too but no its not. Terrible customer service should be ashamed and embarrassed by the lack of customer relation.

   Absolutely useless company, still don’t understand why people use the Royal Mail, got more chance of a street pigeon delivering my parcel, watched the driver not even get my parcel out the van or knock just came up to the door with a red card so I followed him back to the Barry station for 10-4 to find that they had closed 10 minutes earlier not to mention their website states 7pm and there little paper sign on the door says 4pm, what an absolute joke

   Website said the office was open on Sunday. There were at least 4 people waiting outside. This isn't the first time that I have visited on a Sunday to find the office shut. Someone needs to be more PROFESSIONAL and update the opening hours as you are waisting peoples time.
