   Having being denied insurance cover for our holiday this week by another well known insurer with whom we had a yearly policy because of a diagnosis of breast cancer and another ongoing investigation I approached the Bateman Group and was delighted to be able to fully describe the situation that we found ourselves in and they were able to quickly find an insurer that would provide us with the necessary insurance cover for our fly/cruise holiday this week. Although the cost was appreciable it allowed us to have our holiday instead of being forced to cancel it and potentially losing £4000. Thank you.

   This company are very poor at calling you back their customer service is very dire . They advertise as specialist insurance brokers but never get back to you. So disappointed.

   keeping us up to date on current best policy. Change to operating system has created some questions that seem to give an incorrect answer. Statement talks about occupancy but after discussing with the office I understand this means tenant contracts. Needs correcting to ensure no comeback from an insurer if a claim is made.
